We are the Société du Canal de Provence (SCP), a key player in the management and distribution of water resources in the Provence region of France. Our organization is dedicated to ensuring the sustainable and efficient use of water for agricultural, industrial, and domestic purposes. More than 60 years of experience, we work tirelessly to support the development and prosperity of the local community through our water management projects and services.

Julien LECOLLINET holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Nantes in 1998. He has 24 years of experience in the field of land and water resources and rural development engineering, with primary expertise in the area of irrigation and drainage.
As a project manager or as an engineer, his extensive expertise gained on more than 50 development projects worldwide is covering most of the topics associated to water management.
His experience allowed him to work confidently at all levels.
His involvement also covered each step of a project life cycle.
